Carrot and Mango Smoothie

This Carrot and Mango Smoothie is the perfect refreshment and a healthy alternative for a mid morning snack. Many prefer it as a morning boot beverage or a post workout treat! Tell us what you think!

3 cups mango, frozen
2 cups carrots, cut into small pieces
1 orange, peeled
1 cup water, or more if needed, (you can use coconut or almond milk as well if you prefer)


Place all ingredients into blender and process until very smooth.

You can make Carrot and Mango Smoothie ice pops for the kids simply by pouring the mixture into moulds and freezing for several hours.
