Sowing Your Oats

Oats are a species of cereal grain grown for its seed, which is known by the same name.  They are an excellent source of manganese as well as  phosphorus , copper, biotin, vitamin B1,  dietary fiber, zinc, and protein. If you thought that only fruits and vegetables were a source of antioxidants, think again. Your  bowl of oatmeal is a superfood as well, packed with antioxidants!

 

Sowing your oats
¼ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
¼ cup sliced kiwi
½ cup of oats

Instructions
Mix Fruit and place on a bed of cooked quinoa.
Sprinkle oats on top.
