Quinoa Pizza Crust

Quinoa Pizza Crust is a healthier option when it comes to ‘junk food’. Packed with fibre, this quinoa crust can be used as a base for both sweet and savory. Not only is it a great gluten-free option, but it also makes for a nutritious meal for the kids.

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 220 degrees
1 cup of uncooked quinoa (soaked overnight)
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons of unsweetened Fire Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional)
2 cloves roasted garlic (optional)

 

Add any type of vegetable you prefer. I generally avoid cheese toppings and use  sliced  tomato, aubergine, zucchini,  and olives with lots of onion and oregano!
