Hot Ginger Lemon Honey Tea

The Two Little Chefs in a Green Kitchen present:

Hot Ginger Lemon Honey Tea

Serves 1

1cm cube of fresh  ginger grated (remove the peel)
½ lemon
1 Tbs of raw honey

Bring some filtered water to the boil with grated fresh ginger.
Let it cool slightly
Squeeze half the lemon and add honey.
(Optional: add  tea bag of of your liking eg. Earl grey to the hot ginger water.

This is so good on cold days……☕
