Get to know our featured chef.

It is undeniable that Fivos has inherited his culinary artistry from his grandfather who was the well-known Head Chef at the infamous Dome Hotel in Kyrenia, Cyprus, until 1974.

Fivos Kontemeniotis is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America (C.I.A.) and has been working professionally since 1995. He spent part of his career cooking in the kitchens of esteemed establishments such as, The Four Seasons Hotel and Τhe Yale Club, in New York City. He has been living in Cyprus since 2001 and is now a culinary instructor.

When he is not competing in triathlons which is one of his personal passion in life, Fivos enjoys sharing his knowledge for making a perfect meal with anyone who wishes to indulge in the experience. This inspired both him and his wife Katerina to create a Cooking Club in their home in 2014, where they share tips on making cooking more fun and pleasant.

Each 3-hour class includes an intro, a demonstration, hands on preparation and tasting of the day’s featured dishes along with printed recipes to take home with you. All you need to know is:
